Shipping is included in the purchase of our custom box beams. Select items
cannot be shipped outside the contiguous U.S., including over sized or heavy
items. Please Contact Us for additional shipping charges to Hawaii and Alaska
and Canada.
All box beams are made custom to your order. Expect beams to ship 6-7 weeks
after your order is placed.
Some oversized items require the customer to be in contact with the shipping
carrier to set up a delivery time.
Consider your box beams to be cumbersome and seek proper handling once
delivered.
Because of large dimensions and weight, our beams will ship fully assembled
via LTL freight. Therefore, the customer will need to be able to unload it from
the back of a truck.
For LTL shipping purposes, 11’6″ is the maximum length beam we can ship in a
single length. Therefore, for lengths required over 11’6″, beams would be
shipped in two lengths, and will be prepped with 8mm x 50mm pre drilled slots
and dowells that will slip up together for installation. Beams made with a 8mm
x 50mm pre drilled slots and dowells will be equal in length unless otherwise
requested.
