Retro three pane window exterior door in very good condition. One side is more
weathered than the other. Some peeling of the polyurethane. Could be restored
easily to make a beautiful addition to your home. Please zoom into all pics as

Measures 35 3/4" wide by 79 1/4" tall by 1 3/4" thick.
Glass panes are 11" square, framed in.

Local pick up welcome. I am located in Central Wisconsin.
I will work with you to find the best shipping option available to meet your
needs. Please provide your city, state, zip for a quote.
FedEx is the best option to ship if you need quickly. I do have two couriers
that I work with on a regular basis for large, fragile and over size items. All
payment for shipping must be made by Venmo or PayPal. If you do not have such,
there will be an additional 10% fee for a custom listing.

IF YOU CHOOSE COURIER DELIVERY ~ Upon ordering, please include your phone
number. The carrier will need to contact you for delivery. If you do not
provide this information or do not respond to messages sent to the e-mail
address that you have associated to your Etsy account, the carrier will place
this by your entrance, like other package couriers do. If you choose to cancel
once I have contracted this delivery with my carrier, you must contact me
within 72 hours of the purchase, If I do not receive notice within this time
frame, you will be will charged a 30% restocking fee as well as the full cost
of the shipping overages on cancellations out of this time frame. Once your
item is on the truck with my personal carrier, there is absolutely NO refunds
or cancellations. My carriers are extremely busy! They do not have the time or
the space to warehouse this item and deliver back to me. You will NOT BE
refunded. No exceptions!
