These are ECONOMY minimum quality sink sets for the thrifty-minded. They are
made from 24 gauge NSF stainless steel hotel steam pans. And the faucets are
non-metallic chrome-plated plastic.

Although they are not high-end sinks, They are health department approved and
are widely used and in concession sinks.
